Golden Years Health LLC is a home care agency serving Greater Omaha. We provide personal care, respite care, companionship, and LRI Personal Care guidance for older adults, adults with disabilities, and the family members who support them at home.

The resulting plan stays focused on the services and schedule agreed with the client and family.

Before care begins, we discuss the person's needs, the service being requested, scheduling, caregiver availability, and any coverage or authorization steps that apply. Families receive a clear explanation of what Golden Years Health can provide and who to contact when needs or routines change.
Our Services
We offer a full range of in-home care services. Medicaid or private insurance may help cover approved services for eligible clients:

- •Respite Care - temporary relief for family caregivers

- •LRI Personal Care - guidance for eligible family caregivers under Nebraska programs
